Information Gathering for the Student Directory and Volunteering
We would like to get the directory published and into your hands ASAP! In order to accomplish this, please submit your response via the online google form or paper form no later than Wednesday, September 14, 2016.
Unfortunately, if we do not receive your response by that date, you forfeit placement in the directory for this school year.
Paper copies of the form will be available in the office if you do not have computer access.
Due to privacy concerns, it is necessary for you to resubmit your information annually.

Please join us for coffee and donuts in the Cafeteria on Tuesday, September 6, 2016, after dropping off your student(s).
We will have information available regarding this year’s upcoming events and opportunities to sign up to help!
